Pebble's Terrace - Barbecue season in Dusseldorf’s Media Harbour area
Pebble's terrace is situated on the tip of the peninsula the Media Harbour and provides an incomparable panoramic view of Dusseldorf. Grand lounge furniture and large cushions positioned on the stone steps allow you to enjoy personal time with spectacular views. Celebrate the end of the day in the open air as a hotel guest or a local at Pebble’s terrace – a real hot spot in the Media Harbour.
The outdoor BBQ season on Pebble's terrace begins 1 May 2013 (weather permitting)! Visitors can experience spectacular views of the Media Harbour while enjoying freshly grilled dishes that bring back the unmistakable feeling of summer.
The wide range of food on offer includes Baby Leaf Salad with Apple and Honey Dressing; Grilled Chicken Breast with Green Tomato Chutney; Pebble's Sausage or Pebble’s Cheese Sausage; the Hyatt Burger; the Steak Sandwich; and Shrimp Skewers with Garlic Aioli. The terrace also offers tapas, such as Serrano Ham, Buffalo Mozzarella and Marinated Giant Olives. For dessert the Pebble's team provides Marinated Strawberries with Mint Pesto and Key Lime Pie to name just two. Don’t forget that all the food on the Pebble’s terrace menu is available to go!
Delicious summer drinks, such as the specially created Pebble's "G Pep" (Beefeater gin, elderflower syrup, mint and tonic water), homemade Hyatt lemonade, beer or Capri Sun are all available for thirsty guests.
Introduced last year the "Bucket Service" allows visitors to select five bottles of beer, which are brought in a chilled bucket directly to the seating place, regardless of whether it‘s at a table or one of the numerous cushioned areas. New on the summer menu is the "Bottle Party", which includes ten beers or soft drinks that come to you in your own special cooler.

Special summer moments can be celebrated with the "Pebble’s Picnic Basket". It will be presented along with a picnic blanket and a bottle cooler.
Enjoy Tuesday evenings at Pebble’s, with “Afterwork”. The end of the day will be accompanied by Chillout Sounds, Deep House and Ibiza Classics by DJ AXLNT and wonderful views towards the skyline of Dusseldorf. Be there and enjoy the fine weather on Pebble’s large outdoor terrace! As of 30 April 2013 Afterwork@Pebble’s takes place every Tuesday from 6:00pm (weather permitting) to 11:00pm. The meeting point is Pebble's terrace, so make sure you’re there.

You can also book music to start at 10:30pm, which will accompany your event. The music repertoire is multifaceted – background music, DJ or live band. We will advise you gladly.
Profit from the perfect location of Pebble’s and use the large outdoor terrace to view the colourful lights of the Dusseldorf skyline. We can arrange tables, fire bowls and heaters for you, to create a cosy atmosphere and allow you to linger longer on the terrace.
